Spa Policy – York Mills Spa & Wellness Centre

At York Mills Spa & Wellness Centre, our Privacy Policy outlines our practices to ensure your spa experience is safe and enjoyable. We believe that personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction and comfort, as well as that of others.

Booking & Forms

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.
For RMT massage, we use a digital intake and consent form system that clients can complete
online before their visit. If it’s your first time, please provide your email when booking so we can send the forms in advance. This helps save time during check-in.
If you require direct billing for RMT massage, please inform us when booking and arrive 15 minutes early to complete the Direct Billing Consent Form, either for your first visit or if you’ve recently changed insurance providers. This allows us to submit your claim while you receive your treatment.
For all other services, including facials, acupuncture, spa packages, and advanced skin care, new clients should arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete the necessary intake and consent forms.
If you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, or have any allergies, epilepsy, cancer, heart conditions, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor and inform us at the time of booking to ensure a safe and appropriate treatment.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

We value your time and appreciate your cooperation. Once your appointment is confirmed, we reserve that time exclusively for you and decline to accept other clients.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will be charged 75%.
No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Group bookings require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, if it affects the next scheduled client, your session may be shortened, and the full booking fee will still apply.

Gift Cards

Gift cards never expire. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase only.
Please provide the gift card number when booking, and present the physical or digital card at Check-in.
Our standard cancellation policy and fees also apply to gift card bookings.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change with 15 days’ notice.
Prices listed on the website do not include taxes or gratuities.

Valuables

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Please avoid bringing valuables, jewellery, or expensive electronics to the spa.

Free Parking

We offer six designated parking spots near our entrance. Additional shared private parking is available at the back of the lot. If our spots are full, you may use the shared parking area, just avoid spaces reserved for other businesses.
